The first thing that you will need is the new wood itself. You can find the new wood supply at your local home improvement store. If you are living in a city, then it should not be too difficult to find the supplies that you need. After buying the wood, you then need to head home.

When you get home, you then need to gather all of the tools and equipment that you will need. You will need the new wood that you bought, a drill, a saw, screws, wood glue, a utility knife, sandpaper, and paint. If you do not have paint, then it is not a problem, because the wood itself already has its own natural color.

Next, you want to cut the wood in the right size. The wooden board that you need to cut is called “scrap wood”. It usually comes in different lengths and widths. The scrap wood that you need is 2 inches by 4 inches in size. If you already have the right size board, then that is good too.

Now, drill 5 holes on each of the small pieces that you already cut. You need to put glue into the holes, and then put a screw into each of the holes. The screw should be about 2 inches in length. After putting the glue and screws into all of the holes, you need to put the pieces together like a puzzle.

After you are finished putting the pieces together like a puzzle, you then need to sand the edges of the wood. This makes the wood smoother. After you are finished sanding the wood, you then need to paint the wood with an exterior grade paint. After you are finished painting the wood, you then need to wait for it to dry.

Once the wood has dried, you then need to place it on the window sill. You then need to put wood glue around the edges of the window sill. When you are finished putting wood glue around the edges of the window sill, you then need to place the new wood on top of the window sill. You then need to put screws into the new wood and into the window sill. This will keep the new wood secured to the window sill.

You then need to wait for the wood to dry again.

The next day, you then need to remove the screws and wood glue that you put on the window sill. After removing the wood glue and screws, you then need to fill the holes with putty. After putting putty into all of the holes, you then need to sand the wood again. This is to ensure that the wood is smooth again.
